Behind the cozy vanguard atmosphere the chefs assume each plate as it
was an art work..Try as entry a Capriccio Salad: Mixed
green salads, rucula (fresh herbs), figs, green pears, Manchego cheese, vinaigrette of the
house or simply the Bruschetta Pomodoro, with slices of perfect
fresh tomato, substantially flavored and caught between toasted baguette
and melted mozarella. Between the new proposals, Fisherman's Wantons appear as
crispy flowers stuffed with shrimp and with a discreet touch of sesame. It comes with a sour-sweet orange sauce.
In pasta: Marco Polo Tortelloni: Tortellonis stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach,
topped with melon, cream and prawns.
As main dish: Duo of Corvina (fish) simulating a cluster of grapes and rosemary potatoes - or between the great
selection of Sushís: Rainbow: Tuna and smoked salmon outside, with cream cheese, avocados & crab inside.
Culmination: The Banana Pie with sweetened milk was spectacular, and the classic
